I believe that that kind of animal still exist.The Chupacabras are known for its capability to suck the blood of their prey. Most of their victims are the goats that is why they are called Chupacabras.

The closest reason why most of its kind are being killed in the past years its because it kill many of the goats and maybe a threat to human kind.
And now the video showed that the chupacabras, still exist many would be interested to look and hunt for it.
There are cases in the Philippines that pigs are killed with such kind of animals, but they leave no traces to their victims.
