Kassie (Jennifer Aniston) alongside with her neurotic best friend Wally (Jason Bateman) in this unexpected comedy twist. It begins when Kassie decide to have a baby for herself, an invitation to a party for insemination. Despite Wally's objection, Kassie insist to have a baby even if it means doing it by herself with a help from a sperm donor (Patrick Wilson).
Until one night of getting drunk, Wally not knowingly Switch Kassie's future plan. Seven years later, unbeknown to his doing, Wally finally got acquainted with Kassie's cute and of course slightly neurotic son. Being particularly similar Wally discovered it, yet not knowing what to do with Kassie's high-jacked plan--Son.
