In this modern-day, sorcerers like Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) trying to defend a whole city of Manhattan from its destruction in the hand of his enemy. As he recruit Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel) who has hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé. Dave must take up a crash course to learn magic, which take all his courage to survive just his training and stop the forces of evil as he becomes The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
